Family Enrichment Program


The Family Enrichment Program is a non-denominational resource program within the Nipissing District for low income families with children from birth to 4 years. The program strives to offer inclusive assistance and support to families that will improve their quality of life. Children take part in activities designed for their age group while parents attend classroom sessions that may lead to one or more high school credits.

North Bay Food Bank


Jay Aspin, MP Nipissing-Timiskaming stopped by The North Bay Food Bank recently to help Sister Deenie Farenzena, csj celebrate her birthday. Sister Deenie is a long-time volunteer of the Food Bank, having contributed more than 5,000 volunteer hours to date. She was named the Cal's Club Community Hero for both 2010 and 2011 for her work with the Cal's Club birthday program at the Food Bank.
