Sacredness of life is expressed in beauty. The Sisters of St. Joseph of Sault Ste. Marie believe that the presence of God is within and guiding the evolution of our created world. This becomes visible and experienced through the process of creativity. Therefore, we encourage and affirm our sisters, associates and all persons to create beauty in artistic expressions of all kinds. Through participation in this creative process we touch God’s power unleashing peace, joy and a sense of fulfillment.
Each of our creations take many forms and evolve as our spiritual life matures. This web site is exhibiting some of our creations and available for others to view and/or purchase. Other ways that we express the beauty of God but are not presently pictured here include baking and painting. Our photography is present throughout this web site.
