On this day (November 22nd), we celebrate Mother St. John Fontbonne's 181st anniversary of her passing and reflect in gratitude for her impact on the congregation of The Sisters of St. Joseph.
"We pray to you, our good and gracious God, as women who cherish the memories that are ours and who claim a common history as a sacred gift. We remember with gratitude the life of dedication, generosity and courage of Mother St. John Fontbonne, and we ask for her intercession as we journey forward over challenging waters."
