10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.
Each baptized Christian is called by God to do something special, to become someone special!
Our call or vocation as Christians is to become more Christlike. Each person has special gifts and talents that will help that person to be of service to others.
Service is the vocation that is common to all Christians. After discernment and a deliberate choice, each person is called to live out that call to service through a particular lifestyle.
God calls some to be sisters, brothers, deacons or priests. God calls others to be husbands, wives, parents, or single.
Through prayer, reflection, and conversation with others about our dreams and talents, we can best combine our talents with a lifestyle that will help us to share the Gospel of service with others.
